HistoryBack in 2000, I began to create a vision of a business that helped others find wellness through changes in cognition, through yoga, and through community and a sense of support. I came to Madison to complete my master's in counseling, worked a few years on my licensure and then began my yoga training. 10 years later, I am on my way! I began decreasing my full time counseling job, increasing yoga and moving more toward my business in 2009. I am now exclusively practicing yoga, yoga therapy, and coaching/counseling through my business. |
