HistoryKen Monteleone grew up in a family that loved to entertain and where food was always the center point of any event. He was raised in the specialty food business, as his family operated a successful Italian wholesale and retail food business for more than 20 years. He brings a balance of vision, passion and successful business experience to Fromagination. In fact, Ken spent a year conducting due diligence in formulating the concept, researching key elements for a successful model and training in all aspects of the business. Through this process, he has developed relationships with some of the best cheese mongers and cheese makers in the world. |
