HistoryI, Nancy Nigl opened Playthings near my home, on the northeast side of Madison in the Northgate Shopping Center in 1986. In my search for quality toys for my sons, I realized there were many great toys out there that were not offered in Madison. So with the help of my sister and a very supportive husband, Playthings was created. In 1994 I moved Playthings to Hilldale because of it's other unique stores and central location. I will continue to search for unique and quality toys as long as possible. |
