HistoryThe business, founded in 1995 as Home Environment, Inc., offered environmentally friendly products ranging from recycled paper to ecofriendly paint, natural fiber mattresses and more. In 2001, the current owners, Sue Brown and Tyrone Bell, purchased the business and a gradual evolution began. In 2005 the business name was changed to Satara, Inc. Home & Baby Store with a focus exclusively on natural fiber products for the bedroom, bathroom and baby's nursery. |
