Eco-Fun activity-friends, family or singles mixing on a 14 passenger bike. We provide the Pedaler for pub crawls, coffee stops, sightseeing, socializing, advertising, customer appreciation, fundraisers, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc. You provide the pedal power! The Pedaler is 100% GREEN. These bikes are very popular in Europe and other bike-friendly communities. There are only 20 bikes in the U.S. and Madison is one of them. The Pedaler is driven by a Capitol Pedaler employee and has a host onboard to facilitate the tour, snacks, music etc.

 

The saying “it takes a Village” rings true not only for human development, but community development too. We believe it is relationship building through local buying that provides jobs, revenue, support, spirit of community and investment in our future.

The Pedaler is owned by two women who fell in love with the concept and thought ‘what a great fit for Madison!’ The 14-passenger bike was built in Amsterdam by a Dutch businessman who also provides “bier-bike” rides in his community. He has branched out into Belgium, Germany and other bike-loving communities. When he came to Madison, he too recognized the City as a great place for one of his bikes. The Capitol Pedaler was built specifically for Madison with its ‘Badger Red’ color, bench for the less-abled and an open design for visibility and handling on our city streets. Capitol Pedaler’s mission is to bring to Madison an opportunity for fun, healthy, eco friendly entertainment for groups of people through the use of a human-powered vehicle (HPV).
