ProductsOur focus and goal is to teach people that the Martial Arts are for everyone! We offer programs for all ages in Tae Kwon Do, Fitness Kickboxing, Yoga and Self Defense. One-on-one private training is also available in traditional Shorin-Ryu Karate, and Ken Ju Kido. The Little Warriors Program is designed for five or six year olds starting in the Martial Arts, focusing on the basics of Tae Kwon Do, fitness, focus, tumbling, and coordination. We also offer Chanbara, the game of tag using padded weapons. Warriors Academy focuses on the Short Sword or Kodachi, and the Long Sword or Choken. PhilosophyWe believe in giving back to those who have given to us. This is why Warriors Academy offers discounts to current and former military, and to current emergency services personnel. We teach Stranger Danger, as well as listening and learning skills to children. The Little Warriors Program also includes games that teach important life lessons like teamwork and fair play. |

HistoryWarriors Academy of Martial Arts, LLC started in September of 2007. Our facilities are located on the second floor of the historic Opera House in downtown Mount Horeb. After less than a year in business, our students had already won numerous medals at the Badger State Games, our list of instructors had increased to more than half a dozen and our programs had expanded to include Kundalini Yoga and Dancing from Within, self-expressive dance/movement for women. |
