My goal is to use touch and the art of massage to serve as a springboard for empowering an individual to engage in his/her own healing process. I consider myself a facilitator for your healing by using my therapeutic presence and technique to bring your body to a more centered state. It is in that place of balance you will experience less pain and discomfort, infinite wisdom and continued health. I am experienced in the following modalities: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sinus Massage, On site Chair Massage, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Gua Sha and Raindrop Therapy.

Philosophy

Supporting local business is like gardening to me. The more time and nourishment I channel toward my garden, the more it gives me in return. Local business reveals its gains through the monies we feed it and thus nourishes the local economic community.

History

I have spent many years working in the vitamin/supplement industry and have always strived to have a more "hands on" approach to the health and well-being of others. I am a graduate of TIBIA massage school (Transformational Intuitive Bodywork in Action) and accomplished more than 800 hours of massage and bodywork training. I participated in the ACT6 4-day bike tour, massage riders and volunteers, along the 300 mile ride throughout the beautiful countryside of Wisconsin. I also volunteered my time and talents on the set of TV's Special Edition Home Make Over doing body work and massage on the staff and crew while they were re- building the home in Richland Center. Most recently, I donated many of my days at the Obama Campaign headquarters in Madison providing therapeutic touch to the volunteers that spent long days away from their families in order to achieve a victory for President Barack Obama.
