ProductsBloom Bake Shop offers organic cupcakes for the spontaneous craving to the special event in your lives. We can package our daily offerings or custom meet your needs for an important occasion. We bake classic cupcake flavors (chocolate, vanilla, banana, etc), however the seasons and homegrown abundance of our community greatly drive our menu selection. Bloom Bake Shop also creates small batches of Vegan and Gluten Free cupcakes. In addition to cupcakes, we bake small batch brownies, whoopee pies and cookies. Bloom Bake Shop offers locally roasted fair trade coffee and tea, local dairy milk, and hot chocolate. Finally, we are proud to be host to Keewaydin Farms for their farm CSA as well as offer classes and lectures around the farm to table movement. |

PhilosophyAt Bloom Bake Shop our focus is on producing small batch cupcakes and treats sourced with local and/or organic, fair trade ingredients. We take great pride in celebrating local, organic farmers. We always look first to our backyard for sourcing our ingredients. We believe in supporting local for the ties we feel towards our community because it naturally invigorates our local economy and because we passionately believe that fresh, organic ingredients are best for your health and well being. Our farm fresh eggs, rich butter and creamy milk come from local Wisconsin farms. As does our fresh juicy produce, many times purchased the same day from the farmer’s market. Our flour is grown, ground and sourced from the Midwest. |
