HistoryDavid Bacco launched his signature chocolates while working with downtown Madison's Cocoliquot restaurant. The idea for his own shop began at Cocoliquot and became a reality when David Bacco Chocolats opened in May 2008 in the Hilldale Shopping Center. Bacco left the company in April 2010 to find a place where he could express his artful visions of chocolate full-time, but with the team of chocolatiers he trained still on staff, his inspiration and style remain part of DB Infusion Chocolates as they continue to grow. |
