Here at Ground Zero Coffee we offer great coffee and food at a reasonable price. We roast our own coffee and serve it fresh daily alongside our locally made muffins, scones, croissants, sweet breads, cupcakes and other bakery delights. Throughout the whole day you can enjoy our many hearty soups and sandwiches so stop in and see us today!

Philosophy

For Ground Zero Coffee, buying local has meant roasting our own coffees and supporting other locally owned business' by offering their specialty products. Ground Zero is also very active in supporting many neighborhood groups, nonprofits and causes through donations and volunteering. We also support groups by utilizing the space as a meeting place for our community members and local organizations.

History

Ground Zero Coffee opened in the spring of 1998 by owner Lindsey Lee. The location is inside the historic Madison Candy Company building at 744 Williamson Street. Four years later, in the winter of 2002, he opened Cargo Coffee. The second location is located inside the old Jiffy Lube building at 1309 South Park Street. Ground Zero has become a very well recognized part of Williamson Street, just ask any of our customers and they will have a story to share with you!
