HistoryAs children growing up in the restaurant business, Elia and his siblings learned about the high-quality ingredients needed to bring good food to life. Vy, Elia's wife and partner, grew up eating traditional Vietnamese food, and honed her culinary skills at home and in the restaurants she and Elia ran together.Years ago, the family purchased a wholesale spice blend business from a chef turned herb grower. Elia and Vy decided now is the time to make these spices and blends available to retailers and discerning home cooks. We hope you take pleasure in all the spice blends we offer and that you savor your next great meal along with the time you spend with your loved ones. Best wishes in the kitchen, Vy and Elia |
