Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. We bake daily and deliver our bread and pastry to about 40 businesses in Dane County. We remove any unsold bread from grocery store shelves every morning to guaranty the freshness of our product. |

PhilosophyBuying local is good for the environment, helps promote regional autonomy and improves the quality of the food we all eat. We buy eggs, dairy, meat, berries, fruit and veggies from other local producers. We also make some of our bread from local, organic stone-ground flour from Great River Milling, located nearby on the Mississippi River. |
