Products

We are a locally made, fresh pasta company, using some organic ingredients. We operate a unique Italian foods retail shop in the front of our factory where we sell all of our fresh pasta and frozen ravioli. We also have a delicious cafe in the back. We use our own products along with ingredients from local farms and vendors. Our cafe specializes in Northern Italian cuisine, with our homemade spaghetti and meatballs and "Pasta Modena" being two of our most popular dishes. We are open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday and dinner Thursday through Saturday.

Philosophy

Locally and independently owned businesses provide needed variety and choice for consumers.  Each local and independent business represents the nature and identity of the unique neighborhood in which it is located. At Fork and Spoon Cafe, we buy local whenever we can. We have longstanding relationships with local producers, and we like to honor these relationships. Additionally, with transportation costs becoming an increasingly larger portion of daily food costs, buying local makes more sense than ever. It is important to us to know that our money is going to local, independent and ethical businesses.

History

Our first production facility was located on Williamson Street, where we had a retail shop in front. However as our business expanded we needed to increase production, and wanted more space to do so. We moved to our current location on Wilson Street in March of 2006 and opened our adjacent cafe the following July.
