ProductsSassy Cow Creamery is a new farmstead dairy built in 2007 by third generation dairy farmers James and Robert Baerwolf and their families. Our love of dairying has led us to establishing two distinct herds- a 400-cow traditional dairy and 100-cow organic dairy. We bottle the milk from these individual herds separately at our farmstead dairy. Products include whole, 2%, 1%, skim, and chocolate milk along with butter and ice cream in a variety of flavors. |

PhilosophyThe base of our business is that we are a local farm providing local dairy products to our community. We rely on consumers to value that we are local so we have that same relationship with many of our vendors. We purchase as many of our inputs from local companies in the area instead of sourcing materials that maybe cheaper from other areas. Our entire creamery store is filled only with products from Wisconsin and small producers like ourselves. So we try to be as local as possible from the start of our products all the way to the end. |

HistorySassy Cow Creamery is a new farmstead dairy built in 2007 by third generation dairy farmers James and Robert Baerwolf and their families. The Baerwolf family wanted to add value to their milk and bring it directly to the consumer instead of expanding to make their herd large. So after years of research Sassy Cow Creamery was buily and opened in April 2008. |
