HistoryIn 2002, Brittany, Trent and Mark Kraemer opened Vintage Spirits and Grill on the corner of Frances and University. In 2009, they, along with Bryan and Scott Manning and Mike Bridges decided to expand the family business and took over the vacant space formerly occupied by JT Whitneys. They brought in noted head chef Bayard Michael and set about creating a microbrewery that could create both excellent made-from scratch food, and outstanding hand crafted beers. It is this food and beer we want to share with our friends and neighbors... Cheers! |
