HistoryBill Peterson opened Wisconsin-Cutlery & Kitchen Supply in late 2007. Prior to opening the store, Bill operated a successful restaurant supply store in Chicago and also worked as a rep for a knife manufacturer. According to the Isthmus, Bill has "become a go-to guy for resurrecting dull blades with his giant 36-inch grinding wheel." Bill and his staff at Wisconsin Cutlery would love to help you find the perfect gadget to add to your kitchen or bring your knives back to life through sharpening. |
