Since the beginning, Rowe Pottery has been honoring the tradition of historical Salt Glaze pottery and it's unique process. We are proud to continue this tradition still today. As we continue to grow, we hold dear those products that brought us 36 years of business. The future holds exciting things at Rowe, fresh patterns, new colors, and fun yet functional forms. PhilosophyRowe Pottery has been based out of Cambridge Wisconsin for over 26 years. Through the support of the community and dedicated collectors of our pottery, we have managed to stay in business through tough economic times. In turn, we allow our master potters and any talented employee to sell their individual wares in our retail store. We believe in the importance of continuing to support the arts, and customers are always exposed to a variety of local art they wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity to view. |

HistoryRowe Pottery began production in Cambridge, WI in 1974 as a one man potter’s studio. We have grown since then but the hands that shape our pottery are still of local artists who have a passion for their craft. Our factory continues to bustle with people, a lost art of its own these days, all using traditional methods and techniques of pottery making. It's always rewarding to see the kiln open after firing to reveal the finished products. Each piece offers unique character traits that really sets the hand made quality apart from product found in mass retailers. |
