HistorySara Alvarado started working as an individual Realtor in 2002 and after her second child was born in 2004, she decided it was time to grow the team and recruited her husband, Carlos Alvarado. The group is made up of the two owners, a team manager, marketing assistant and depending on the season, a buyer's agent. It is a family run business passionate about real estate, healthy homes and vibrant communities. We started our focus on Green homes after our youngest son was diagnosed with asthma and our research correlated the increase in asthma cases in young children with environmental changes. We are committed to creating an awareness and inspiring change for greener living. |
