HistoryOne branch of our firm originated in 1968, when Robert “Toby” Reynolds established his own private practice, with particular interests in estate planning, probate, cooperative associations, and small businesses. In 1973, Robert Gruber and Scott Herrick opened their firm, emphasizing real estate, non–profit and cooperative associations, and civil litigation, joined in 1974 by David Flesch. In 1978, “Gruber, Herrick & Flesch” merged with the Reynolds firm as “Reynolds, Gruber, Herrick, Flesch & Kasdorf.” The firm has added several partners over the years and is now known as Herrick & Kasdorf, LLP. |
