PhilosophyWe both grew up in families with parents who were self employed. They taught us at a young age the importance of supporting the community you live in. Donna grew up on a farm in Northcentral Wisconsin. Dan grew up in Madison working in his father's grocery store, Jerry's Food Shop. We know the importance of supporting our community, it is the way we have lived our lives. We support our local business community and the local Farmers' Market every chance we can because we know that we are keeping the community alive and growing strong. |

HistoryDonna started her career in Madison as a property manager. She loved the business and went on to acquire her Real Estate license in 2002 and her Brokers license in 2008. Dan acquired his Real Estate license in 2003 and they formed the Donna Hermsen and Dan O'Brien Real Estate Team, better known as the "Donna & Dan Team". We love real estate and more importantly love people. We love getting to know our clients and helping them through the sometimes complicated process of buying or selling a home. We have built many long lasting friendships along the way and that is priceless to us.
