HistoryMadison Credit Union was founded in 1936 by then Madison Mayor, James Law, and Water Utility Superintendent, Leon Smith, to serve city employees. Later we expanded to serve anyone living or working in Dane County. MCU remains a not-for- profit cooperative serving members' needs, offering low loan rates and fees while providing excellent service. |
