ProductsSoyokaze Dojo offers the most traditional Japanese Martial Arts of, Ninpo (Ninjutsu) and Samurai Jujutsu, available in Dane County. These classical arts are over 1,000 years old and teach not only how to use your body (unarmed) but also instructs in the use of Japanese sword and staff (3' and 6'). A student is transported 'back in time' to learn the MOST EFFECTIVE techniques available, as well as a unique cultural/traditional experience, in every class. Also unique to our school are class sizes and organizational structure. Each class offered is limited to a smaller size, to allow the teacher to work with every student, every class. The structure of class is set by the grandmaster in Japan, to keep pure the art and to insure the highest quality of martial artists. |

PhilosophyI buy from local small businesses every opportunity I get because being one myself, I understand how important it is to support vendors in my area. I want to support and see my local community grow as strong and healthy as it can, and feel that supporting businesses in my area is the best way I can do that. |

HistorySoyokaze Dojo started in November of 2008. I wanted to give the teachings of our art to the people here in Dane County. So it was after receiving permission from my teacher, I traveled to Japan to gain favor with the grandmaster where he gave us official permission to open and gave us our name of "Gentle Breeze" (Soyokaze). |
