History

The hotel opened in 1974 in downtown Madison with 273 guest rooms and 13,000 square feet of meeting space. Today, The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club serves the community as the city's largest hotel, offering 356 guest rooms including the exclusive Governor's Club executive level located on the top three floors of the hotel, 27,000 square feet of meeting space and banquet space for up to 1,000 people.
