The unique local businesses that exist in Dane County are a big part of the diverse environment that we enjoy living in today.  Buying local and promoting environmentally responsible choices is important to us. We feel supporting local businesses will help to ensure a bright future for Madison and surrounding communities.  When buying or selling real estate the local businesses play a big role in the appeal of a particular neighborhood, so it is natural for us to educate folks about nearby businesses right alongside parks, bike trails and other characteristics that make neighborhoods special.  It is also not uncommon for us to be presented with opportunities to help clients by recommending a business that provides a service that they need.  Part of what we offer as real estate consultants is to be a source of quality resources clients may require when going through a housing change-you would be amazed by the challenges that arise for folks. History

Real estate was a natural transition for Donna Birschbach when she began in 2002.  Donna had built quite a few relationships with others involved in new construction and home remodeling via her home grown business painting faux finishes and murals from 1995 to 2002.  Donna had become familiar with real estate and wanted to leverage her knowledge.  Detailed painting can also take its toll on the eyes and body!  The Birschbach Team was formed when Jon joined Donna in 2005. It's now a family business... ours and yours.
