-Full-Time Retail Support Team Member

As a retail support team member you'll work closely with all departments of the store giving you the opportunity to assist music lovers as they seek us out to rent, buy, and repair musical instruments. Some key roles of a Retail Support Team Member include:

  • Assists in receiving and processing incoming rental agreements for merchandise items by processing the ordered merchandise based on item specifications from the rental agreement.  He/She is responsible in ensuring that the retrieved goods match the rental agreement orders as well as the pricing information before processing the items for delivery. 
  • Assists in prepping rental inventory by tagging the units with proper information, and stocking the rental inventory shelves.
  • Assists in processing instruments that come in from School Service Division.  
  • Assists in checking in walk in repairs and insuring proper check-in and invoicing procedures.
  • Assists in picking and filling school orders in a timely matter as well as relaying inventory shortages to the purchaser, when inventory is low or missing. 
  • Assists in maintaining products on the website i.e. stock levels, price checks, photos, and descriptions.

Pay Grade - Position starts at $11.50/hr

Education Qualification - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training in related field.
