Provisions & Potables
The Provisions & Potables award was accepted by Lance Ratze, owner of Yola’s Café. Named after Ratze’s grandmother, the mission of Yola’s Café is to educate the public about the benefits of thinking local first, to promote its members and their products and services to the community, and to collaborate with there like-minded organizations to achieve this vision.
Yola’s believes that national prosperity and a better quality of life for all begins at the local level. Besides, a café that offers a Fat Elvis Waffle made with peanut butter, bacon, and bananas must be on the forefront of edible recognition.
